Ramps
We can do ramps on all decks! Ramps are custom price, so reach out for a quote on a deck with a ramp.
All our ramps are 4' wide (overall) and include railing. We recommend that your ramp have a 2"/12" pitch. So the number of feet in length should be half the height of your house. (ie: if your house is 32" high, you should have a 16' ramp).
sTAIN
All our decks are made out of pressure treated lumber, so you never have to worry about excessive weathering or rot. We can also stain your deck as well. Staining is purely for looks and not needed for the longevity of your deck. We offer 3 different colors of stain. Medium Grey, Danish Brown, and Cedar Red. Our decks are paintable, although we don't offer pre-painted decks at this point.

Roofs
We can add a metal roof on all our porches. We offer 18 different color choices, so we can easily match your current roof color! Currently we offer A frame (peaked) roofs and single slope roofs. If you need both (part A frame and part peaked), we can do that, all though there will be a slight up charge over what is shown on our price sheet. At this point, we do not offer shingled deck roofs.
